WHAT IS A RESERVE STUDY REPORT?
To put it simply... A RESERVE STUDY REPORT is a tool which helps you plan your long-term budget, identifies the current status of the reserve fund, and gives you a funding plan to make sure you have sufficient funds for anticipated major expenses.

THIS IS OUR STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS:
STEP 1. GAIN INFORMATION
We compile all of our needed information in a simple set-up process. Once you log in to our secure system, you can upload the needed documents. From there, our Project Manager will be in direct communication with you for any additional information that is needed.
STEP 2. IN THE FIELD
Our on-hand contractors analyze inventory costs and projected up-keep expenses. This analysis helps our Financial Budgeters give you the most accurate budget and minimizes surprise financial costs along the way.
STEP 3. FINANCIAL ANALYSIS
Once field notes and expenses are obtained, our experienced Financial Budgeters can look at the projected expenses over the next 30-years. They compare that with the current financial standing, and are able to see if the current reserve study is on track or needs improvement.
STEP 4. THE REPORT IS GIVEN
Now with all of the needed information, we compile a simple, easy to read report that includes your budget expenses, 30-year projection costs, details of the current status, and how to improve (if any improvement is needed).
